Tool/Resource: UNC-Wisconsin Neurodevelopment Rhesus MRI Database

The first release of the UNC-Wisconsin Neurodevelopment Rhesus MRI Database is available for public download hosted by MIDAS.

This release includes 16 complete subjects scanned at 5 time points. The scan at each time point consists of structural (both T1 and T2) and diffusion MRI. T1 and T2 are provided as NRRD format in the original scanner space as well as in a common atlas space where they are rigidly aligned (https://www.nitrc.org/projects/primate_a...). Diffusion MRI is provided as raw diffusion weighted images. In addition, pre-processing was performed including motion and eddy current distortion correction on the diffusion weighted MR and tensors were calculated with diffusion property maps (FA, MD, Baseline and iDWI).

    Missing original T1s?
    Hello there,

Thank you for providing this data. I was going through the files, and was wondering if the original T1 data for the following subjects/timepoints were available? I noticed these were missing:

    019, 12 months
    027, 15 months
    030, 12 months
    032, 9 months

    Best,
    Matt

      RE: Missing original T1s?
      Hi Matt
Sorry I did not see this comment before. There are still a number of timepoints and animals missing. We expect to upload these in the next 1-2 months.
      Best regards
      Martin
