IIT Human Brain Atlas v.3.1 Released Posted By: Konstantinos Arfanakis - Aug 14, 2014Tool/Resource: IIT Human Brain Atlas (v.5.0) Version 3.1 of the IIT Human Brain Atlas contains new probabilistic gray matter atlases for both Desikan and Destrieux labels (FreeSurfer labels). Both gray matter atlases were built by applying FreeSurfer on the individual subjects of the atlas, transforming the labels to the space of the atlas (ICBM152), and calculating the probability of occurrence of a label in each voxel of the atlas.
