warp red channel and apply it to other channels
Hello everyone,
I have a quick (and maybe easy) question. I have two channels and I want to warp one of them and apply the transformation to the other channel. How this can be done? In the CMTK registration GUI we can select up to three channels. Does it do the warping based on the first channel and apply it to others?
Thanks,

Yes by default, that is what it does. You have to use a command line switch if you want to change the channel used to calculate the registration to #2 or #3. Best, Greg.
