Version 1.1 released adding new functionality Posted By: Tom Close - Apr 29, 2009Tool/Resource: Numerical Fibre Generator (NFG) Version 1.1 has been released adding a new tool to automatically draw ROIs around the endpoints of selected bundles. These ROIs can then be used to seed streamlines tracking algorithms. Version 1.1 also allows the inclusion of fixed isotropic regions within the phantoms. These regions can then be used to model isotropic tissue such as grey matter and CSF. |
