Use Atlas in FSL
Hi all,
I am not managing to use this Atlas using FSL (it is asking for an XML file that is not provided with the atlas actually)... Any suggestion on how to solve this?

Dear Gabriele,
Could you check if the attached XML file works for you? Copy it in the same directory where you have the atlas volume (WHS_SD_rat_atlas_v3.nii.gz). This XML is for version 3 of the atlas, please let me know if you are using an earlier version.

Thanks a lot for the file.
I tried importing it but I get the error you can see in the attached image.
