NITRC-CE v0.53.6 released Posted By: NITRC Moderator - Nov 16, 2021Tool/Resource: NITRC Computational Environment (NITRC-CE) We are pleased to announce the release of NITRC-CE v0.53.6. This release includes a number of enhancements, including adding the HCP-1200 data as a push-button S3 mount and updating various software versions; FreeSurfer is now at version 7. Of particular note is the ability to dynamically resize data space on a CE instance. This can be done easily from the web console and makes an instance more flexible for dynamic analyses.
