I have been using CONN toolbox to conduct functional connectivity analysis on cSVD patients. I am interested in extracting the denoised output for other analyses, but can't seem to export it. I have ticked the "create confound time-series" checklist in the setup tab; though, I skipped any files that have been preprocessed ("do not overwrite") in the fMRI minimal preprocessing stage, as I forgot to tick this box the first time I ran it. I made sure to overwrite the denoising outputs, hoping to find the "dswau*.nii" file, without luck.

I wonder why I can't seem to find the "dswau*.nii" file? Is it because I did not overwrite the subjects' preprocessing stage, despite overwriting the denoising files? Or is this some inherent bug? For reference, I am using the standalone CONN22a version on Windows. Thank you for your help!
