I hope you’re doing well. I’m working on a project using CONN to analyze changes in functional connectivity following FUS stimulation in schizophrenia patients. Specifically, I need to compare post-FUS connectivity to baseline within the same CONN project.

I was wondering if there is a recommended approach to directly compute post-minus-pre differences within CONN. Would setting up a second-level contrast between the two conditions be the best way to do this? Or is there another method you would suggest for this type of longitudinal analysis?
