Preprocessing failed - maskscan missing / ART
Hello, I tried starting with CONN. Therefore I preprocessed my data set via the "New" button. I used the default preprocessing pipeline (first chosen, without fieldmaps) and pick 4 subjects with 3/1/1/1 sessions. It seems it stop at the outlier detection point. Those files where created:
  • u*.nii, wu*.nii, wwu*.nii, *_uw.mat, rp_*.txt      exist for every session
  • mean*.nii, wu*_sn.mat         only for every 1st session
  • art_regression_outliers_and_movement_wwu*.mat and art_regression_outliers_wwu*.mat     only for the 1st session of the 1st subject
