We are working in a new toolbox for shape statistics that will overwrite shape analysis mancova.
That is why we are providing very limited support on SAMANCOVA. I am happy to guide you through the shortcuts to visualize shape analysis mancova in Shape population viewer. Some scripting is needed but it is possible, do you have any linux shell scripting expertise?
