RE: Error uploading functional files during setup
Hi Brian,
Could you please clarify what you mean by "unable to load multiple files"? are you still getting a similar error message (e.g. "file too small"), some other error message, or just wondering how to assign multiple functional files to a given subject?
Best
Alfonso

I new to SPM/Conn, and have a similar problem, loading a large (>4gb) 4D file: "File too small". I used spm_file_split as you suggest to break it down to 3d files (1200), but then I am unable to load multiple files together for the (currently) 1 subject that I'm trying. I'm not sure what to try from here, if you have any ideas I'd appreciate to hear!
Thanks!
