Hi everyone,

I'm attempting to construct a correlation matrix depicting the magnitude of ROI-to-ROI associations at the group level. The attached figure is similar to what I'd like to make in CONN.

Is it possible to do this in CONN? If not, is it possible to extract the second-level ROI-to-ROI correlation matrix from CONN and make the figure in MATLAB?
