Dear all,

i would like to perform a 2x2x2x2 factorial design with group (patients/controls), face viewing (neutral, sad) and mood induction (neutral, sad) and laterality as factors. In the second level analysis window I have -

subject effects:

patients
controls

conditions:

sad faces after neutral induction
neutral faces after neutral induction
sad faces after sad induction
neutral faces after sad induction

Rois:
L amygdala
R amygdala


Could anyone advise me on how to set the design matrix? Thank you in advance, best regards.
