I am interested in creating a correlation matrix between each voxel of an anatomical mask and each voxel of the rest of the brain. It would be a sub-matrix of the whole brain voxel-to-voxel connectivity matrix. Just calculating the voxel-to-voxel matrix and than finding out which voxels would fall in the anatomical region would take so much longer than calculating the voxel-to-voxel connectivity matrix of a specific anatomical mask from beginning. Does that make sense? Would something like this be easy to get from the conn toolbox?
