Two sample design controlling for covariate
Dear experts,
I am doing a design with two groups (PATIENTS and HEALTHY CONTROLS).
I have defined in my 2nd level covariates 3 covariates
- Patients (1 1 1 1 0 0 0 0)
- HC ( 0 0 0 0 1 1 1 1)
- Medication of patients ( 600 200 300 400 0 0 0 0)
In the second level analysis to see between groups differences controlling for medication I have define [-1 1 0] to take into account medication for patients.
Is it correct?
Thank you in advance,
Olaia
