Thanks very much for sharing this info (I was not even aware of that being a potential issue). I will take a look to see if there is a simple fix and/or keep it in mind when other people report this sort of problems.

I received the same error message and finally figured out it was because the name of one data subfolder contained an umlaut ('รค'). After changing that, everything worked fine. So if you have the problem, that could be a reason as well.. :)
