I found the following to be very helpful. Have you checked any of these yet?
*(includes equations for both network and individual node computations) Rubinov and Sporns, 2010: Complex network measures of brain connectivity.
*Achard and Bullmore, 2007: Efficiency and cost of economical brain networks.
*Bullmore and Basset, 2011: Brain graphs: Graphical Models of the Human Brain Connectome.
*Networks of the Brain by Olaf Sporns
*Latora and Marchiori, 2001: Efficient behavior of small-world networks.
