I think the toolbox is fantastic, very easy to use and complete. I am running into problems with the seed to voxel second level results.

I have three groups that I am attempting to compare. The ROI-to-ROI results work for different combinations of groups and regions, but the voxel results only work for one group at a time.

If I try anything else, particularly when trying to access the "Results explorer" tab, it results in the error "Undefined function or variable 'conn_menumanager'. Error while evaluating Figure WindowButtonMotionFcn"

The entire program then freezes. When I return to my matlab terminal, I noticed that the directory had changed (to where the results are being written) and to unfreeze I simply return to the correct directory and addpath('/.../conn').

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards,
