RE: Error preprocessing both from dcm and NIfTI
Hi Emilie,
Utilizing 4D nifti either from your sample dataset or mine (brain MRI converted from dcm outputed from GE scanner with dcm2nii) gives me the following error. What is the problem now?
The error message:
