lost one condition in second level analysis
Dear experts,
I am now using CONN to conduct a within-subject study.
Each subject underwent 2 sessions with 2 conditions for each session, so totally 4 conditions per subject.
It is weird that in 2nd level GUI one condition was lost (no "backward" condition anymore). But it went quite well with all the 4 conditions presented in GUI from "setup" till "1st level".
Also no error message has been seen in matlab window.
No idea what is wrong...
Thank you very much!
