I just wanted to follow up on a question on this design. In a separate post (http://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?m...) you recommended a multivariate ANCOVA using an entire brain parcellation. I've done that using the design described in this post (see screen shot). My concern is that I'm using a 2x2 repeated measures MANCOVA and my degrees of freedom reported in the F test are F(4) (12) = 11.91.  Is this correct?
