Second-level results error
Dear All,
I am receiving the following error when trying to perform seed-to-voxel second level analyses:
ERROR DESCRIPTION:
Error using spm_get_data
Too many input arguments.
Error in spm_spm (line 669)
Y(i,Cm) = spm_get_data(VY(i),xyz(:,Cm),false);
Error in conn_process (line 3145)
SPM=spm_spm(SPM);
Error in conn_process (line 33)
case 'results_voxel', [varargout{1:nargout}]=conn_process(16,varargin{:});
Error in conn (line 4786)
conn_process('results_voxel','readsingle','seed-to-voxel');
Error in conn_menumanager (line 109)
feval(CONN_MM.MENU{n0}.callback{n1}{1},CONN_MM.MENU{n0}.callback{n1}{2:end});
CONN v.15.a
SPM8 + Anatomy Beamforming DEM FieldMap MEEGtools
Matlab v.2014a
storage: 513.9Gb available
I have two conditions (Pre and Post) and two second level covariates (Intervention & Control groups), and I receive this error no matter what contrast I try to perform. The ROI-ROI second-level results seem to work, although my Pre condition does not appear in the Conditions list there. I don't know if that may provide any clues, but figure it's worth mentioning. If anyone could explain what's going on here that would be much appreciated. I've done all the preprocessing within the conn toolbox by the way.
Thanks,
Ben M
