RE: Different TR acorss sessions
Hi Charles,
Sorry there are no simple ways to use session-specific TR values currently in CONN (this is a good suggestion, though, I will try to add that option to the next release). The not-so-simple ways to do that right now would be:
a) Enter first the first-session data, run through the Setup and Denoising steps; then enter the second-session data, change the TR, and run through the Setup/Denoising steps (selecting the "do not overwrite" option)
or b) Define your different sessions as if they were different subjects, and then use the tricks detailed here (http://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?m...) for running paired second-level analyses
In any case, please note that all of the typical warnings about comparing data with different TRs apply here as well (see for example this post http://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?m...)
Hope this helps
Alfonso

Hi Alfonso,
I was wondering if it is possible to enter different TRs for each session? I would like to compare the effect of different TRs on functional networks. My original plan was to run the TRs as separate conn projects and then merge, but I understand merging only works for separate subjects (i.e., not merging different sessions for the same subjects).
Kind regards,
Charles
