RE: Labeling Multiple-ROI Masks (Atlas Files)
Dear Buddhika,

The problem seems to be that the NALL_Power.nii file contains non-integer numbers, so CONN is failing to identify this as a proper atlas file (CONN expects the atlas file to contain integers, where a voxel value N indicates that this voxel is part of the Nth ROI). In this case it seems that the actual numbers in NALL_Power.nii are all integers divided by 81. There seem to be also exactly 81 voxels in each of the 229 ROIs so perhaps this particular scaling was some sort of normalization-issue when generating this file? In any way, I simply multiplied all voxel-values by 81 to get the (likely) intended ROI numbers there (from 1 to 229) and I am attaching the resulting NALL_Power.nii file in case that helps.

Best
Alfonso

Thank you for your prompt reply!

I double checked using the above commands and there are in fact 230 separate ROIs. Not sure why it is still not working. I've attached the mask to this post.

Thanks again for your time.
