Hello, I just tried out the new dcm2niix version (on Mac OS X).  Have most of the options been removed that were present in dcm2nii?  For example, I don't see how to specify that I want the structural images reoriented and cropped.  Is there a way to specify these options in the .dcm2nii.ini file, and if so, what is the format of this file?
