Hello Everyone,
I have some confusions regarding the output files created after second level analysis:
What does these files mean?
1) ResMS.hdr/img
2)mask.hdr/img
3)spmT_001.hdr/img

To be very specific how can I get a FDR corrected P map after second level analysis that I can report in publications?
