Denoised time series of each voxel
Hello everyone,
I have a question regarding denoised time series of each voxel of the brain. What I understood from previoes posts is that if I have a signle condition ( say rest) then the denoised values will be saved in DATA_Subject001_Condition001.mat. What I want to do is access denoised ( CSF, WM correction, band pass filtering etc.) time series of each voxel. When I load the DATA_Subject001_Condition001.mat file in matlab it shows several variables like V.fname, V.issurface, V.matdim, V.size, V.voxels, V.GM, V.gm, V.scale, V.voxelsinv, V.overwritesoftlink, V.conditionsweights, V.crop, V.softlink. I am not sure what does that denote. There is a variable named voxelsinv which shows a 3D matrix of size 79x95x68. Is this the denoised data for each voxel? But wouldn't the denoised data be a 4D matrix with x,y,z and time ( no of dynamics) as the dimensions? Can any one help me regarding that?
