RE: Correlation values and 2nd level effect size
Hi Alfonso,
I have been exploring the ROI.y variable and have one simple question: it looks to me like it has dimensions
subjects:Number_sources:Number_targets:2
And it contains fisher transformed correlation values between each source-target pair.
So my questions would be: is the above interpretation correct? And if yes, why uis there an additional dimension of size 2 (and what does it mean)?
Thanks a lot!
Nicola
