Is it possible to perform voxel mirrored homotopic connectivity in CONN?  (As first level analysis?)
Otherwise, Is it possible to perform laterality analysis (2nd level) without behavioural input? I want to check if there is a difference in the left hemisphere connections by itself and the right hemisphere by itself between healthy control and split brain patients.

I have already finished the analysis, is this as simple as changing the between subject contrast? or should that involve modifying the atlas it self?
