Problem with looking fdr corrected maps
Hello Alfonso and Everyone!!
I am little bothered by how my FDR corrected map looks after my analysis. Mine is a single subject resting state analysis with 4 sessions per analysis. I am attaching the the FDR corrected map (p_FDR<0.005) and corresponding correlation coefficient map (r>0.3). I am visualizing it in MRiCRon. It looks like the FDR correlation map is showing the boundary region of the correlated areas. Is there a better way to visualize it?
Thanks
Shounak
