Hi Elveda,
Wish I had something helpful for you... Everything looks in order to me; I was able to use the nii file in CONN as an ROI mask, extract the timeseries, and select sources in the first level analysis tab with names corresponding to those defined in the txt file.
Are you receiving an error or is the list simply absent in the first level analysis tab?
