Strange p values
Dear Alfonso
I have a question regarding the output of ROI-ROI second level analysis.
I use a threshold of FDR=0.05 on the connections ("analysis level correction").
In the results table, while the t values of significant connections differ from each other, the p values (uncorrected or FDR corrected) change in "blocks": they have exactly the same value for several connections, and then a different value for several more connections, etc.
I attach an example file.
Is this an issue of the precision of the output? I am concerned this will look strange when submitted to a paper.
I would highly appreciate any explanation or how to solve this issue.
Thank you very much as always
