Re-running CONN analysis
Hi Alfonso,
We have run a CONN analysis and would like to re-run the same analysis with one parameter changed (despiking added in).
I have made a copy of the CONN directory, and deleted the files within the ANALYSIS_01 folder. Then I loaded the CONN analysis, and started pushing forward from Setup. It looks like the new date was appended to the output BETA files, but the images are identical to what was observed for the original analysis - without despiking added in.
Any thoughts on how we can re-run the analysis without starting from scratch?
