Dear Alfonso,

I would like to use CONN's CompCorr function to regress out physiological signal from my already (mostly) processed resting state data, after which, I would like to take this data and run some analyses based on some of my own custom scripts. Can/does CONN produce a NII file for each subject, per session, after conducting CompCorr's physiological regression? Where can I find, or how can I create, this NII?
