I think the problem is the "s" on the
BATCH.Results.between_subjects.effects_names. I believe it should be
BATCH.Results.between_subjects.effect_names
This is based upon the help in the conn_batch.m script. I made a similar mistake with onsets. In my case I left off the "s".
