Meaning of "Proportional to stats" option
Dear Alfonso, dear list,
here is a simple question i could not find the answer for.
When I display 2nd level results of ROI-to-ROI analyses, I can color significant effect by stats (Connections | color: proprortional to stats (rgb colormap)". How is the "stats" value defined in that case, i.e. what exactly am I coloring by?
Doesn't look like effects size (i.e. differences in z-transformed pearson correlation values). Is it a t-value relative to the contrast I am testing (in this case I am contrasting a baseline vs stimulus difference across two groups)?
Thanks in advance!
Nicola
