Dear all,
 
I have fMRI data series for several subjects. I also defined 10 ROIs for each patient. In a few cases, I need to exclude certain ROIs for a single patient, since the a priori defined ROI lies within pathological tissue. Is this possible to do in CONN or will I get an error due to different amount of ROIs between patients?
