Hi Sascha,

In Setup->Options, you can change the size/resolution of your analyses by changing the selection under the "Analysis space (voxel-level)" field.  Is your functional data already at 61x73x61 and 3mm isotropic?  If so, simply select "Volume: same as functionals".  If not, you'll have to set your functional data to this size/resolution during preprocessing.
