RE: files segmented in Conn
Hi Mary,

If you have followed the default preprocessing steps of Conn, the first c would refer to "centering" (wherein Conn sets the origin approximately at ACPC). The c0, c1...would refer to the segmentation step outputs. Unfortunately, I do not have a working version 14 installed (and am out of lab) so can't confirm for v.14.

Hi Alfonso,

Hope you're well!

We just had a quick question about the normalized and segmented files that are outputted after preprocessing in Conn. We noticed that the skull-stripped and segmented files had two "c"'s in the prefix (this is for data processed using version 14 and 16).  For example,

wc0cs000000000-0002-00001-000001-01.hdr
wc0cs000000000-0002-00001-000001-01.img
wc1cs000000000-0002-00001-000001-01.hdr
wc1cs000000000-0002-00001-000001-01.img
wc2cs000000000-0002-00001-000001-01.hdr
wc2cs000000000-0002-00001-000001-01.img
wc3cs000000000-0002-00001-000001-01.hdr
wc3cs000000000-0002-00001-000001-01.img
wcs000000000-0002-00001-000001-01.hdr
wcs000000000-0002-00001-000001-01.img

Does this mean they were somehow segmented twice, and would there be much difference between these files and any that had been processed separately in SPM that have only one "c"?

Thanks so much, as always!

Best,
Mary
