RE: Error in pre processing step
Hi Hitul,
This error indicates that the functional data has not been yet entered in CONN (at least not for all subjects/sessions). I would suggest going back to Setup.Functional, if using the GUI, or checking your scripts, if using batch commands, to make sure that all of the functional data is entered into CONN before running the preprocessing step (or alternatively if you only want to preprocess one or a few subjects, you may uncheck the 'all subjects' checkbox in the preprocessing window and select only a subset of subjects there)
