RE: Beta images in CONN
Hi Deniz,
It depends a bit on how you defined your analyses, for the default settings in a seed-to-voxel analysis using weighted-GLM and bivariate correlation measures these files represent the maps of Fisher-transformed correlation coefficients between a given seed/source and the entire brain (look in the _list_sources.txt file in that same folder to find the association between ROI names and Source### values). In general these volumes are the ones that will be entered into your second-level analyses for group/population-level inferences (e.g. when using the second-level results tab in CONN)
Hope this helps
Alfonso

Hi all,
I have performed a seed based analysis using CONN (version 16.b) and I wanted to ask what exactly the BETA_Subject1_Condition001_Source*.nii files are? Do they consist of beta values or Z values?
Thank you very much.
