RE: Error in preprocessing (realign)
Hi Gol
Error messages during preprocessing (generated by SPM batch procedure) are often not terribly informative. The error message you describe seems to indicate that the realign&unwarp procedure worked fine for the first subect but failed on the second subject, so I would suggest perhaps checking if the functional data for subject 2 seems to be correctly entered (in the Setup.Functional tab)?

I am also wondering what you mean by faulty images? I have EXACTLY the same error (both error message that I am getting and also the error described in the Command Windows) as Olaia. I am not sure where this error is coming from and what about the functional images should be checked. Thank you!
