Hello I have conducted some seed-voxel second level analysis in CONN, and would like to open my results in SPM. Since I am a still new too SPM much does anyone have some guidance on what output files in the second level results folder I would use to do this? In CONN I am comparing to groups using a [1 -1] between subjects contrast across a resting state condition. Attached is a screenshot of some files generated from a seed-voxel analysis. If someone could explain what information is in each of these that would be helpful thanks in advance.
