Hello Alfonso,

I apologize if this was already posted to the forum. I performed the following steps in the following order for my stroke subjects:

1. Ran Project Wizard to preprocess functional and structural scans
2. Ran an individual preprocessing step for some individuals to flip infarcts from right to left hemisphere
3. loaded ROIs

In the "Setup" tab, do I need to rerun "Preprocessing" or click on "Done" to proceed to "Denoising?"
