My question pertains to processing steps from a stroke patient data set. I performed the following steps in the following order:

1. Ran project Wizard to preprocess structural and functional scans
2. loaded ROIs
3. performed an individual preprocessing step to flip stroke infarcts from right hemisphere to left hemisphere for a subset of patients so that all infarcts are located on left hemisphere (L hemisphere = ipsilesional hemisphere)

Under the "Setup" tab, do I rerun "Preprocessing" using the default pipeline or press "Done" to proceed to denoising?
