I am using conn16b with Alfonso's patch from http://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?m... The first-level voxel-to-voxel analysis completed without errors. All the result files are located in the first-level directories. However I saw an error complaining the condition (rest) did not show up in the second-level GUI (see the attached screenshot). Rerun first-level analysis did not resolve the issue.

I saw a similar report of this issue at https://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?thread_id=6860&forum_id=1144. It seems some people were successful using conn16b, but some weren't.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
