RE: conn gui error in 2nd level results display
Hi Zhenghan,
Sorry about these issues. Starting from 17a voxel-to-voxel analyses have been re-organized to follow the same organization as seed-to-voxel analyses, where each individual first-level analysis is stored in a different folder and they are treated separately when you get to the second-level results tab. This organization avoids the problems in previous releases related to having multiple voxel-to-voxel analyses stored in a single folder and treated as a single analyses with multiple outcome measures. I would suggest, if possible, simply to re-define and re-run your voxel-to-voxel analyses using the latest release. If re-running the analyses is too time consuming send me your conn_*.mat file and I will send you specific instructions on how to convert your current v2v analysis folders to follow the new conn17 structure.
Hope this helps
Alfonso

able to resolve this.
The first-level voxel-to-voxel analysis completed without errors. All the result files are located in the first-level directories. However the condition (rest) did not show up in the second-level GUI.
I am using conn16b with Alfonso's patch from http://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?m...
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
