Hello,

I have calculated group ICA Components for a set of subjects at rest, and have some behavioral/clinical score measures for each. In order to calculate the correlation of these measures within a particular component would it be correct to have the following contrasts:

Between Subjects
All Subjects, Score
[0 1]

Between Conditions
Rest
[1] 

Between Sources
Component #
[1]
