Extracting Betas from Masked /SVC Regression
Hello All,
I have some results from a regression from which I would like to extract beta values. I know I can import clusters as covariates and use the Tools/Calculator to extract some statistics. However I have been masking my results within the SPM display and may also be correcting for small volume. Is it possible to extract Beta/T values from these clusters after masking and correction within CONN?
