I have several conn-projects in my folder /DATA/

Contents of folder /DATA/:

/subject001/ (folder with data)
/subject002/ (folder with data)
...
/subject100/ (folder with data)
conn_batchfile_project1.m
conn_batchfile_projec2.m
conn_project1.mat
conn_project2.mat


Project 1 processes files 1 to 50 while Project 2 processes subjects 50 to 100 (purely for reasons of time - both preprocessing pipelines are identical). After initialization of Project 1, several more files were created inside the folder /DATA/:

setup_conn_wizard_job1.mat
setup_conn_wizard_job2.mat
...

One file for each subject in the project.

If I then initialize project 2, it creates files with the exact same names, thus overwriting the files originally created by project 1. Is that a problem? What are these files for?
